Revomon: The New Generation of Monster Catching Metaverse

What is Revomon ?

Revomon, the pioneering collectible monster game playable in virtual reality and on mobile devices. I was launched in 2021 following a successful fundraising round. The ecosystem boasts 5000 monthly active users, with a total of 160,000 downloads and a trading volume of 900 BNB generated in NFTs alone since its creation.

Now, after over 2 years of development, Revomon is proud to introduce Revomon Novus as the final step in the game’s release.

Revomon Novus is an open-world game with an integrated open economy, featuring the $REVO token in-game, empowering players to engage as economic participants. This pivotal release marks the introduction of a new NFT Collection comprising 8000 Digital Lands.

With leaders like Apple, which has seen success with its VR headset VisionPro, Meta with its suite of devices MetaQuest, and the recent achievement of the Palworld game, Revomon finds itself at a crossroads, navigating between hyped themes to ensure its success.

What does it solve ?

• Ownership: Each monsters captured in-game can be turned into NFTs and trade between users outside the game ecosystem as TCGs
• Play & Earn: Revomon ecosystem has a sustainable economy granting players the possibility to earn in different ways: Selling their monsters, ranking in PVP, holding a podium during a certain period of time (similar to Pokémon GO) and hunting bounties to collect rewards.
• DAO: Still in the roll out process, the DAO will allow users to decide on multiple aspects, especially in Revomon Novus, allowing clans to manage their team and rewards earned with territory conquests. Some new inputs to decide on the creation design will also be part of the ecosystem.
• Staking: is a live feature allowing users to be incentivized for their holding. The current staking pool contract contains almost 25% of the circulating supply.

Economic structure of Revomon

Revomon’s economic structure can potentially be based on two pillars: revenues generated by sales on the stores and in-game sales.

Pending the launch of the DAO, all the revenue earned from Revomon will go in a special locked vault. Then, once the DAO is launched, all members holding REVO tokens will be considered as part of a board of directors whose requests and votes are collected by the Revomon Foundation.

4 main categories of actions will be delivered based on results:

1. In game development features, which includes all the new functionalities to add and existing functionalities to rework.
2. Play to earn rewards policy, which the DAO can review as the game develops. This might include increasing or decreasing rewards, adding new achievements or creating new unlock rewards based on in game actions. A “Pay” to earn concept is currently live: players need first to pay a $REVO tax to access the minting process (to get the NFTs).
3. Staking/Farming rewards policy, which would allow the DAO to extend the time of the Staking/Farming period based on the available liquidities of the RevoVault. APY and fees shared between the community will be determined by the community directly.
4. Blockchain protocols changes. Under certain conditions and by majority vote, the DAO can suggest to migrate the blockchain infrastructure to another chain, or simply request to open new liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges. The Revomon Foundation commits itself to follow the community driven model by implementing any agreed changes to blockchain protocols after the project is deployed.
