Beware of fake telegram groups. It has been brought to our attention that there are several telegram groups who impersonated Coinstore’s official account. You may receive notifications such as, “Your order needs to be verified, please click the link to cancel within the specified time”, etc. Coinstore.com will never send such requests in the community.

In addition, impersonators posing as official Coinstore staff(s) may also lure users into scams through phone calls, text messages, emails, etc. For example: “This is the platform risk clearing center, your account is at risk”, “You need to cooperate to avoid cancellation of your account”, “You need to provide your email number and send a link to your email address to remove the risk yourself”, etc. Induce users to complete transactions such as fund transfers.

Coinstore.com reiterate we will not perform such request over unsecured sources. Coinstore.com officials and staff will not ask you for an account password, SMS verification code, email number, and other information in any form, and will not ask you to make private transfers and withdrawals.

Users are advised to stay vigilant. Do not give out any personal information and passwords nor click on any unknown links or provide security information such as verification codes.
